Please fill out the application and submit it with the application fee and a copy of your most recent pay stub, offer letter, or other relevant income documentation.

Each adult that would live in the apartment needs to fill out an application so that a credit check and background check can be obtained for each adult. Make sure the application is signed at the bottom giving consent for background and credit checks to be obtained.

The fee to process an application is $40.00 per application. This fee needs to be in the form of cash, cashier’s check, or money order. Cashier’s checks and money orders need to be made payable to Carrington Place Apartments. We are old-school and do not have the ability to process credit or debit cards.
